Amplifying Community Impact Together
Amway believes that giving back is core to a healthy community. It is more than an action, it is a commitment to strengthen the places and people around us. The AmGive grant program – which allows IBOs to obtain grant funding for the charities they personally support – was created to amplify the incredible work already in motion across the United States, Canada and the Dominican Republic.
In 2025 alone, Amway issued more than $200K in grants to 25 different organizations, nominated by IBOs or employees, through the AmGive program. These include organizations supporting those experiencing homelessness, alleviating the stress of transitioning out of addiction, and even the therapeutic role animals can play in developing self-confidence.
Looking across all the places where Amway IBOs and employees live, it is clear that so many nonprofit organizations are bright spots in their communities. A spirit of generosity and a passion for helping people live better lives drives individuals across Amway North America to amplify their impact through AmGive. From funding food pantries to supporting youth education programs and helping nonprofits expand their reach, AmGive empowers others to deliver on their specific missions.

When wildfires devastated Maui in August 2023, AmGive supported relief efforts led by community advocate and Amway IBO Matt Tsuruda. His work helped families rebuild after unimaginable loss, proving that collective action can restore hope in times of crisis. In another corner of the country, Amway IBO Kristy Palkovic championed programs for children with special needs, through Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania. As an occupational therapist and having a family member with special needs, Kristy is passionate about the access to resources and advocacy she can amplify with Easterseals. Her dedication created brighter futures for those who need it most.
For an organization like the Orlando Youth Minority Golf Association (OMYGA), the funding they receive goes to expand access for young people to golf and life skills development – a mission that’s impacted lives for more than 30 years. According to nominating Amway IBO Mohamad Merilan, an AmGive grant “allow[s] OMYGA to reach more families, introduce the game of golf to new students, and deliver character-building workshops that align with the organization’s mission of using golf as a vehicle to teach life skills, discipline, and leadership.”

On the other side of North America in British Columbia, Canada, seasoned Amway IBOs Pierre & Bonnie Lapointe nominated a cause close to their hearts: People in Motion. This organization has empowered people living with disabilities since 1989 by providing fitness, recreational, educational, and social programs and services. Their unique service, “The Mobility Garage,” provides a dedicated space with tools and experts available to fix wheelchairs. With community support, they also lend out equipment while individuals wait for their mobility device to be repaired.
Amway’s commitment to community impact stretches across more than six decades. AmGive’s targeted support strengthens local communities, and extends Amway’s Founders Fundamentals of freedom, family, hope and reward beyond business relationships into causes close to IBOs and employees. In addition to financial support, the AmGive grant program empowers changemakers within the Amway community to directly impact initiatives that matter to their community.
The AmGive grant program is more than funding, it is a catalyst for community impact. Amway is amplifying the efforts of those already making a difference and dozens of organizations have received support so far. AmGive helps create a ripple effect of generosity and progress that reaches far beyond any single initiative.
