Rediscovering Her Roots: The Journey of a Small Business Owner 

Kayla Little, a young Amway Independent Business Owner, always knew the values of hard work and community. They had been instilled in her since childhood. But it wasn’t until she became an adult that she realized how deeply those values connected to her roots in Amway. 

Full Circle Moments 

What’s amazing is that it all started with Kayla rediscovering her favorite product. In search of a good shampoo and conditioner, Kayla remembers being both overwhelmed with her options and underwhelmed with the quality of the products she was trying; an experience many of us can relate to.   

Until she fell in love with the Satinique™ hair care line. Later, she realized that her family used SatiniqueTM and other trusted Amway products when she was growing up.     

“I didn’t even realize that was the shampoo my family and I grew up using in our household,” she said with a smile.    

That rediscovery not only solved her hair care dilemma, it also inspired confidence in the products she could provide to other customers like her as she developed her own Amway business. 

Finding Belonging in Business 

As Kayla leaned into her identity as a business owner, her experience with quality products like Satinique™ motivated a new level of satisfaction in her professional life.     

“Just being my own business woman – that’s something I’ve always wanted to do,” Kayla shared. “Finding it through Amway, and being proud to be an Amway IBO, has changed everything.”   

Amway made it easier for Kayla to become a business owner than she ever thought possible. She deeply resonated with their “you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself” mantra and realized the company truly walked the walk.
